1 - DELIVERY

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address you give us or in the store of your choice (free delivery). However, it is not possible to send your order to a PO box address. Please remember that deliveries of orders from our online store are made in the following countries: Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

What is the price and delivery period of my order?

Delivery periods depend on the type of delivery selected:


· Deliveries to stores: between {TiendaDiasMin}-{TiendaDiasMax} working days - {TiendaPrecio}.

· Standard home deliveries: {StandardDias} working days - {StandardPrecio} {Moneda}.

· Express home deliveries: between {ExpressHorasMin}-{ExpressHorasMax} hours (working days) - {ExpressPrecio} {Moneda}. {ExpressDias} working days - {ExpressPrecio} {Moneda}.

· Same day home delivery service: purchase before 12:00 noon and we will deliver to you before 10:00 pm - {SuperExpressPrecio} {Moneda}. For more information click here

Our warehouse will be closed on the following holidays, which will not be counted as working days when calculating delivery dates:

How can I make sure I have made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order and made payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not receive it, we recommend that you check that it has not been sent to your spam folder. If finally you have not received it, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department by calling {Telefono} or via the e-mail address {Email}.

Can the delivery country be different to the purchase country?

No, the delivery country must always be the same as the purchase country.

2 - TRACKING AND DELIVERY

You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing the "Orders placed" section of your account. For any query regarding the delivery, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department by calling {Telefono} or by using the e-mail address {Email}. If you have chosen in-store delivery, we will inform you of the arrival of your order by means of an SMS, and you will have 15 days to collect it. To do this, you must present the corresponding order number and an ID card (which may be of the purchaser or another person of their choosing). If you have chosen home delivery, at the time when your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming that it has been sent with a tracking number and the link to the carrier's website. Once the carrier has received your order, it will contact you 24 hours previously by SMS to specify the delivery date and address, as well as to inform you of the possibility of modifying the delivery.


In the case of in-store collection, remember that it is not necessary to queue up at the till to collect your order.
