Types of shipments and delivery periods

We offer the following types of delivery:

Pick up at a collection point: in 1-2 business days - €2.95

Standard home delivery: in 1-2 business days - €3.95

Express home delivery: Next working day (for orders placed before 17:00) *Except Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. - €5.95

Collect in store: 1-3 working days - FREE 

Same day delivery in Madrid: Orders placed Mon-Fri* before 14:00, delivered between 19:00 and 22:00. Available for certain post codes in Madrid. - €5.95

These deadlines are indicative, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process and in the order confirmation email. 

Delivery periods begin 24 business hours following the date of purchase. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded. Holidays are observed where our warehouse/logistics centre is located, as well as those of the delivery markets. - During sales or promotions periods and special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed, and in-store deliveries may not be available. Moreover, the delivery may be delayed in case of customised goods, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and/or deliveries to rural or remote locations.

For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to post offices, hotels, aparthotels, residences, tourist apartments, transport agencies, logistics platforms or the like.

The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spanish territory, with Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets.
