In “ My Account ”, you can consult your current and previous orders, change your details for future orders, change your password and download our APP. For security reasons, you must make the changes yourself. Creating a Massimo Dutti account allows you to:

- Store different delivery and billing addresses to speed up the purchasing process.

- Save the contents of your shopping basket for later.

However, this does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of the products stored in the basket are subject to change, and the most recent price for each product will always appear.

- Easily see the information for your current order and order history. 

- Save your payment methods to speed up the purchasing process.

- If you would like to delete your account, you should contact our Customer Service Department.
