In-store Returns

In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend that you do so quickly and easily by going to one of our Massimo Dutti stores in the same market where it was purchased.

In-store return is available for online purchases as well as those made in a physical store. You just have to present the items to return and your Massimo Dutti QR or the receipt.

You must have the receipt for any exchange or return. With the E-Receipt it will no longer be necessary to print and physically submit the purchase receipt, except for orders with a gift receipt (+ info in the Returning with a Gift Receipt section); instead you can show the E-Receipt with a QR code from your email or through our APP.
