Exchanges

Items purchased on our website can only be exchanged in one of our stores, within 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation, in the same market of purchase. The exchange will be possible provided that it is an exchange of the same item (same reference) for a different colour and/or size, that is in perfect condition, that the price has not changed and that the store has availability.

With the Eco-receipt you will no longer need to print and physically submit the purchase receipt.
