Return at the post office / parcel store

Returns via a post office / parcel store are not possible for purchases made in a store.

You can request the return shipment under the heading “My orders” in “My account”.

You will receive a returns label by e-mail, which you must present at a post office or a parcel store. You will find the location in the link when you request a return.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning more than one box, you must indicate the number of boxes during the return request and present all labels sent to you by e-mail at the relevant drop-off point.

Please note that one label must be presented for each box.

ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS:  

If you wish to return items from different orders, you must request the return for each item and the number of boxes you wish to return.

The return of items from different orders in one box is only possible if the return was requested for the corresponding items together.

Returns must always be made in the same market where the goods were purchased

IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for the return of items from multiple orders in a single shipment if these items have not been previously registered for return together.

Likewise, Massimo Dutti is not responsible for items returned with a return label from another order.
