If you are in your usual store and the item you would like to purchase is not available in store but is available online, the store attendants will offer you the possibility of processing an online order through the iPod.

When processing an online order through the store iPod, you can make the payment directly on the iPod itself, without wasting time or having to queue (any method of payment accepted on MassimoDutti.com). But if you wish, we also offer you the possibility of paying for your order at the store till by any method of payment accepted by the store. 

In the case of an order paid for at the till, please note that:

The order cannot be cancelled. If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item you have ordered, you must wait for it to arrive and, at that time, make a return by going to a store in the same market of purchase, presenting the original purchase receipt printed at the till (with Peninsular Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets).

The order cannot be modified. You will have to wait for it to arrive and, at that time, make an exchange (same item/reference, by colour and/or size), taking into account that the items have to be in perfect condition, the price cannot have changed and the store must have the item in stock. The exchange can be made in any store in the same market of purchase, presenting the original purchase receipt printed at the till (with Peninsular Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets). 

You cannot return an item from home or by post office/collection point. You must go to a store in the same market of purchase, presenting the original purchase receipt printed at the till (with Peninsular Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets). 

If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you should go to the store with the purchase receipt printed at the till, where attendants will carry out the appropriate procedures. If you have any doubts or questions, we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department.
