My Orders

In “My Orders” you will find information on your recent orders. You can also check the status of your current order at any time. Click on “View order“ to see more information. This section also includes the invoice/purchase document and the E-ticket. You can also view your store purchases and their corresponding receipts if you identify yourself at till showing your QR code in the moment of purchase to link your order to your account. If you forgot to identify yourself at till, you can also scan the QR code of your receipt to link it to your account. You will find your QR code by logging on to the MASSIMO DUTTI APP. To make any exchanges or returns in store, all you need to do is show this identifier to carry out the process.

With the E-Receipt it will no longer be necessary to print and physically submit the purchase receipt (except for orders with a gift receipt); instead you can show the E-Receipt with the QR code from your email or through our app.

Please note legally Massimo Dutti is not allowed to provide a copy of receipts for in store purchases. It is customer’s responsibility to keep purchase receipts for in-store purchases.
