Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 30 days from the date of the shipment confirmation, and this exchange can only be made at one of our stores within the same market where you made the purchase.

The exchange will be possible as long as you are requesting the same item (same reference number) and you are just choosing a different colour and/or size. The item must be in perfect condition to apply for the exchange and the store should have the item requested in stock.

The exchange will be made at no extra cost, even if the item had a different price when you purchased it.
