In-store Returns

You can return your online order in any Massimo Dutti store within the country of purchase. You will need to show your purchase receipt and the items you return must be in perfect conditions and must include internal and external labels.

With the E-Receipt option, it will no longer be necessary to print your receipt except for orders with a gift receipt (+info in the Returning with a Gift Receipt section).

Purchases made in store can only be returned in a physical store. Ipod orders are also considered in store purchases and they can only be returned in store.
