Making a return with a gift receipt

If you have received an order and its receipt is not showing any price, that means the order was purchased as a gift. Instead of the original receipt, you received a gift receipt. You can return the order by going to one of our stores within the same country of purchase. The amount of the returned items will be refunded in a Voucher Receipt. If you want the amount to be refunded in the original payment method, you must show the original receipt in store or include a copy of it in the box, if the order is returned to warehouse.
