Refund Period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used. 

Returns linked to a Gift Ticket will be refunded in a voucher card. To receive the refund in the original payment method you must provide the original purchase receipt.

If you paid with a gift or a voucher card (virtual or physical), the refund will be processed to the same voucher card you used for that purchase. For more information, please visit the section “Gift Card”.
