Returns Post Office / Collection point

Please note Post Office / Drop Off point returns are not available for orders paid for in store.

For online orders, you can request a Post Office / Drop Off point return by accessing “My orders” section in “My account".

You will receive a QR code through email. You just need to scan the QR code at the drop off point to receive the label and stick it to your box. 

The link of Post Office / Drop Off points can be found in the email that you receive when requesting a return.

IMPORTANT: if you are returning your order in more than one box, you must choose the number of boxes you will use when creating the return request. If your return has multiple boxes of the same order, you will receive a different QR Code for each box.

ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS: If you wish to return items from different orders, you must request a separate collection for each order. Please DO NOT send two or more orders using the same box.

Returns can only be done in the same country of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for returns that contain mixed items (items from different orders or items returned with the return request of a different order).

Massimo Dutti is not responsible for returns that contain Non-Massimo Dutti items (items from other brands or items returned by mistake).

The customer will always be held responsible for returning the products in a secure package.
