Footwear

If, in an extraordinary case, you received a footwear item that does not meet all your needs, you are eligible to return or exchange it. The item should be in perfect conditions, not worn, with its tags on and should be packed in the same box you received it. To request a footwear return, please refer to our return and exchange policy or contact our Customer Service Department. If you do not have any store near you, we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department. You can contact us through Whatsapp or email (see section “CONTACT”). You will need to provide the order number and pictures of the defect. The pictures must include: full item’s picture, a picture of the defect and a picture of the inner and outer label. You may as well include a video if deemed necessary.


All our footwear is manufactured in compliance with the CLEAR TO WEAR quality standard. The aim of our product policy is to ensure that there is no risk to the health of the users. To do so, we strictly adhere to our internal product health standard, Clear to Wear, which our suppliers are required to comply with. Thus, we aim to ensure that the products we manufacture do not contain substances which, in certain concentrations, could be harmful to people's health. We control compliance with this health standard by means of two monitoring processes: the preliminary process, in which the supplier receives information about the obligation and what this standard entails and undertakes to rigorously analyse its raw materials, and the subsequent process in which we certify that the raw materials used to manufacture our products actually comply with this standard.
