Eco-receipt

The E-Receipt is the receipt of your order in digital format, which you can consult in PDF format and which replaces the paper receipt that was used for online orders. The E-receipt is a way of minimising our impact on the environment and reducing paper consumption. 

You will find the electronic receipt attached in PDF format in the follow-up mails related to your order. You can also consult and download it in the section My Account- My Orders on any of our sales platforms: Web, Mobile and iOS and Android Apps.

From now on, you do not need to submit and/or send the order receipt when you want to make an exchange or a return. 

In store, you will only have to show the QR code that was included in the shipping/delivery confirmation e-mail we sent you on your mobile device. Or, if you prefer, you can also download and print the attached receipt in PDF format.

Also, for home collection/drop off returns, you no longer need to include the order receipt and mark the garments you wish to return, which is why you won’t receive it. Just select the items from “My Account” when you request a “Home Collection/Drop off Return”. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.
