Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on our website in one of our shops within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation and in the same marketplace where the purchase was made. You can make the exchange, provided that the shop has stock, it is for the same item (same reference number), by colour or size, it is in perfect condition. The exchange can be made at no extra cost, even if the item you bought is now at a different price.

With the Eco-ticket it will no longer be necessary to print and physically present the purchase receipt, instead, you can show the Eco-ticket with a QR code from your email or through our app.
