In-store Returns

In-store returns (in the same country of purchase).

In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend that you return it promptly to one of our shops in the same marketplace as the purchase. The deadline for returns is 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation.

Once you are in the shop, they will process the return, give you the receipt and you will receive an email confirming the return. We recommend that you keep both documents.
