Home Return (Returns by Courier)

Home returns (this option is not available for orders paid for in store).

You can request a home return from MY ACCOUNT (not available for Store Delivery). If you made the purchase as a guest, you can request a return by clicking on tracking/ order details, which you will find in your dispatch email. Returns have a cost of $39 that will be deducted from the refunded amount. You have 30 calendar days from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation.

You can request it by accessing the “My orders” section in “My account".

Just select the items you want to return and prepare the items in the original order box. 

Your package will be collected by a courier. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.

ITEMS FROM SEVERAL ORDERS: In the event that you wish to return items from different orders, you are required to request collection for each item and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. 

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.

IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for returns of items in a single shipment when said items were purchased in different orders or items returned with the collection request of a different order.
