Types of shipments and delivery periods

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:

Pick-up in store: 2 - 4 working days - FREE  

Standard Home Delivery: 2 - 4 working days -  5.95€ 

Express home: Next Business day (orders before 12:00pm) -  15.95€

Drop point delivery: From 2 to 4 business days - 5.95 €

These deadlines are indicative, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process and in the order confirmation email.

Delivery periods begin 24 business hours following the date of purchase. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded. Holidays are observed where our warehouse/logistics centre is located, as well as those of the delivery markets. During sales or promotions periods and special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed, and in-store deliveries may not be available. Moreover, the delivery may be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and/or deliveries to rural or remote locations.

For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to post offices, hotels, aparthotels, residences, tourist apartments, transport agencies, logistics platforms or the like.
