E-voucher

The voucher card is issued when returning an order with a gift receipt. With this card you can make purchases both in Massimo Dutti stores and on Massimodutti.com, always in the same region where the card is issued.

Terms and conditions of use of the voucher card:

The balance of the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

They do not have an expiry date.

If, when placing an order, the purchase amount exceeds the balance available on the gift card, the difference may be paid by any other payment method accepted at MASSIMO DUTTI stores or on MassimoDutti.com, as applicable.

The card may be used as often as desired until the total amount issued has been consumed.

The card is a document that is meant to be used by its holder. The responsibility for its use and custody corresponds exclusively to its holder.

The card will not be replaced if it has been stolen, damaged, or lost.

Illegally obtained gift cards will not be valid; they may not be used to purchase goods, and their value will not be refunded.
