Making a return with a gift receipt

If you have received an order accompanied by a receipt with no price, the order was a gift. Instead of the original receipt, you have a gift receipt. You can return the order by going to one of our stores The value of the returned items will be refunded via a Voucher Receipt. If you want the amount to be returned using the original method of payment, you must present the original receipt/invoice in the store or include it in the box.
