Refund Period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used. 

If you paid with a gift or voucher card (virtual or physical), the refund will be credited to the same card. At the time of making the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department. For more information, visit the section “Gift Card”.
