If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to go to one of our stores in the same market where you purchased the item. 

Once in the store, an attendant will check the condition of the garment. In the event that the defect is confirmed, we will return the item and refund to the original payment method.
