How do I use my Massimo Dutti Feel benefits with my purchases in physical stores or online stores?
When shopping in a physical store, remember to show the QR code available under in the Massimo Dutti App. You can also identify yourself by indicating your phone number or email. Remember to identify yourself when you log on and before making your payment. Your purchases accumulate Rewards points which allow you to enjoy new benefits.
How does the in-store Style Advisor service work?
This is service is available only in physical stores and can be booked on the Massimo Dutti App/website. It allows all Massimo Dutti Feel customers to book a 30-minute appointment in stores that have the Style Advisor service.
The service guarantees the advice of a professional stylist who will help you find the best style for your special occasion in a unique space reserved for you.
How does the private sale of Limited Collections work?
This benefit is available on the online store. Customers who belong to Massimo Dutti Feel will have priority access to special and limited collections.
To gain priority access to our online store, simply log in to your account and identify yourself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer.
Be sure to subscribe to our marketing newsletter to make sure you know when priority access opens.
How do the private sale promotions work?
This benefit is available in physical stores and on the online store. Customers who belong to Massimo Dutti Feel will be able to shop the year’s most important promotions in advance, such as private and/or exclusive sales with discounts.
To shop the pre-sale, simply log in to your account and identify yourself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer. For physical stores, you must identify yourself at the till when making your purchase.

How do I use the alteration voucher?
Starting now, all of your clothes will be adjusted to your size. Download the voucher that we offer you for one alteration per garment. Only one voucher per garment will be accepted. If the garment requires more than one alteration, this will be paid at the till.
How does the extended return period work?
The return period is extended by 15 days, giving you a total of 45 days to return your purchases (30 days for non-Massimo Dutti Feel customers). This benefit is available to our Massimo Dutti Feel GOLD and PLATINUM customers. If you wish to take advantage of this benefit, simply identify yourself at the time of return at the till. After 45 days from the purchase date, we will no longer accept any returns.
How do I use a Massimo Dutti Feel Voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed at the time of purchase at the till in physical stores or before payment for online purchases.
The Massimo Dutti Feel voucher will be activated under menu. Be sure to subscribe to our commercial Newsletter to learn when the special promotion voucher is activated.
The special promotion voucher can never be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is returned, it will be available again under .
How do I gain access to personalised experiences?
At Massimo Dutti Feel, we offer you personalised experiences via our Partnerships programme, where you can discover the Massimo Dutti universe outside of fashion.
As a Massimo Dutti Feel PLATINUM customer, you will gain exclusive access to our experiences. Some of these experiences may require you to purchase a service that, due to its exclusivity and limited period of time, makes it unique. Accordingly, you should look for communications that we will send via email.
