Massimo Dutti Feel is Massimo Dutti’s premium Rewards programme that offers a range of benefits and experiences designed to introduce customers to the brand’s lifestyle universe. Massimo Dutti Feel customers earn Rewards points that are added to their account and determine their level as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer.

What are the requirements for signing up?

To register for Massimo Dutti Feel, you must be a resident of Mexico, of legal age and a natural person. Legal persons, associations and other groups are not allowed to sign up.

Is Massimo Dutti Feel free?

Yes, you can join our Rewards programme free of charge by registering on massimodutti.com, and no payment is required to take advantage of its benefits. There is also no maintenance fee.

How can I sign up for Massimo Dutti Feel?

To sign up for Massimo Dutti Feel in person at any of our stores in Spain (with the exception of Massimo Dutti For & From stores and outlets) or on our website massimodutti.com, follow the step by step instructions found here . 

What information do I need to provide when joining Massimo Dutti Feel?

To join Massimo Dutti Feel, you will only be asked for your first name, surname and email address. 

Is my personal data protected?

What will you do with my email address if I give it to you?

By joining Massimo Dutti Feel and providing us with your email address, you agree to receive marketing communications from us. You can update your communication preferences at any time in your account on massimodutti.com. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found in marketing emails. What happens if I don’t verify my mobile number?

We verify your mobile phone number by sending a one-time text message to the number you provided when you joined Massimo Dutti Feel. If this verification process is not completed, you may not be able to receive the benefits that we associate with your mobile phone number on your Massimo Dutti Feel account. We won't be able to identify your account at the till or in our stores.

How do I identify myself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer?

It’s simple and fast. 

In our physical stores, make sure you always tell the cashier that you are a Massimo Dutti Feel customer and give them your QR code found in your Massimo Dutti Feel customer space, or your mobile phone number or email address. Failure to identify yourself will prevent you from earning any associated Rewards points.

In our online store, log in with your email address and password to link the purchase to your Massimo Dutti Feel account. 

I signed up at a physical store. Will I also earn benefits from the online store?

Of course! All Massimo Dutti benefits are available in both physical stores and online. You simply need to log in  to your massimodutti.com account.

I signed up at a physical store. How do I access the Massimo Dutti Feel online store?

If you have a massimodutti.com account with the same email address you provided in the store when you sign up for Massimo Dutti Feel, all you need to do is log in with your usual email address and password.

If you do not yet have an account in our online store, we will send you an email or SMS with instructions on how to create a password and access your massimodutti.com account for the first time. From then on, every time you want to log in, just use this email address and password to access your Massimo Dutti Feel benefits.

How can I check my Massimo Dutti Feel - Rewards balance?

You can check your Massimo Dutti Feel – Rewards level via My account - Massimo Dutti Feel.  

Log in to your massimodutti.com account or download the App for quick access. 

You can also make check at one of our physical stores any time you visit us by identifying yourself with our store team.
