How can I begin to earn Rewards points?
Once you accept the Feel T&C, which you can do in-store or online, all your purchases from that moment on will accumulate Rewards points. For more information on how to identify yourself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer.
What is the difference between Rewards points for purchases and extra Rewards points?
Rewards points: As a Massimo Dutti Feel customer, you will earn 1 Rewards point for every 1 Mexican Peso you spend in our physical stores or online.
Extra Rewards points: Massimo Dutti offers the opportunity to earn extra Rewards points, which allow you to level up and gain access to new benefits. For example, for completing your profile, for purchasing special collections and for taking advantage of different opportunities to be determined and activated by Massimo Dutti. All these activations will be communicated to all our Massimo Dutti Feel customers via email.
How are my Rewards points calculated?
We calculate your Rewards points based on net expenditure. Net expenditure is the amount spent on qualifying items after any returns have been deducted.
How are Rewards points allocated?
Earning Rewards points involves three stages:
-Pending: I make my purchases and automatically see my Rewards points in My Account - Massimo Dutti Feel, but they are not officially allocated.
-Validated: Thirty days (30) after purchasing my items, these Rewards points will be validated, and you will be able to use your benefits according to your level.
-Expired: Rewards points expire 12 months after being validated, causing your level to change depending on the total Rewards points earned.
When will I receive my Rewards points in my account?
Rewards points will be allocated to your account once the return period has passed. When you make a purchase, your Rewards points will be shown in pending status, and after the 30-day return period, they will be validated.

Can my Rewards points be redeemed for cash?
No, Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be cashed in. They can only be converted to vouchers, depending on the level and benefit activated.
Why did I not earn Rewards points for my purchase?
The reason you did not earn Rewards points for your purchase is because you did not identify yourself to our staff at till in the physical store. Alternatively, if you made your purchase as a guest via iPod in our physical store, we cannot link the purchase to your account.
Do my Rewards points expire?
Yes. All Rewards points will expire after your Massimo Dutti Feel account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.
It is your responsibility to keep track of when your Rewards points expire. Click here to check the status of your Rewards points in your account.
What happens to my Rewards points if I return goods?
If you make a return, the Rewards points that were in pending status will not be validated and will not be added to your final balance.
What are the extra Rewards points given for the first purchase within the first 30 days of signing up?
To earn extra Rewards points on your first purchase within the first 30 days of signing up, you must make a purchase in one of our physical stores or online store. These Rewards points will become valid 31 days after the purchase date.
What are the extra Rewards points for subscribing to our newsletter?
To obtain Rewards points for subscribing to our newsletters, from your first purchase, you must accept marketing communications when you create your account on massimodutti.com. If you have already signed up, you can do so in ‘my account’ under marketing communications. In the event of a full refund of your purchase receipt, these Rewards points will be deducted from your account.
What are the extra Rewards points for making an in-store purchase?
Extra Rewards points for in-store purchases will be activated during at certain times. In order to earn these points, you will have to check l or subscribe to our Newsletter to receive the emails with the information.
What are the extra Rewards points for making a purchase on the APP?
To earn Rewards points for purchases on the APP, you must download the APP on your mobile device or tablet and identify yourself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer. This way, we can record your Rewards points every time you make a purchase.

To earn Rewards points for online purchases at massimodutti.com, you must identify yourself as a Massimo Dutti Feel customer. This way, we can record your Rewards points every time you make a purchase.
What are the extra Rewards points for making a purchase during the anniversary month of your Massimo Dutti Feel membership?
You will earn Rewards points for all purchases made during the anniversary month of your Massimo Dutti Feel membership. For example, if you signed up on 5 August 2023, any purchases made throughout the month of August 2024 (from 01 to 31 inclusive) will earn extra Rewards points.
What are the extra Rewards points for making a purchase during your birthday month?
You will earn Rewards points for all purchases made from the day of your birthday to 30 days thereafter. For example, if your birthday is on 26 December, all purchases you make from 26 December to 25 January will earn extra Rewards points.

In Massimo Dutti Feel, you must fill in your name, surname, gender, date of birth and full address. Filling in your details is important to us, which is why we give out extra Rewards points for doing so.
