Types of shipments and delivery periods

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Detailed information will be displayed in the process of purchase

• Standard Home Delivery: 2-4 working days - 19,00 PEN
• Store Pickup: 1-2 business days - FREE
• Free shipping over 399,00 PEN on seasonal items

Delivery times start from 24 working hours after the date of purchase. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional and local holidays are observed, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located. 

During sales or promotional periods and special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed and in-store deliveries may not be available. Any delays in delivery may be due to various reasons such as product customisation, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and if the delivery area is in rural or remote areas.

Unless unforeseen circumstances arise from the customisation of the products or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will ship your order within the timeframe indicated on the website for the selected delivery method and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation. 

If you have not received your package after the deadline, please contact our Customer Service Department.

For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to post office boxes, hotels, aparthotels, residences, tourist flats, transport agencies, logistics platforms or similar.

At the time of processing your purchase you will be able to see the shipping costs and the delivery date of your order.
