The option to exchange items at a Massimo Dutti store in Peru is not available for online purchases. Please be advised that you may always return your order within 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation, in the same market where the purchase was made, and place a new order.

However, for purchases made in-store, we offer the option to exchange the item for a different garment, size, or color.
