Exchanges

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to exchange your purchase from massimodutti.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

You can change the size or colour of your items. Visit a Massimo Dutti store and present the item alongside the purchase receipt. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out.

With the Eco-Receipt it will no longer be necessary to print and physically submit the purchase receipt (except for orders with a gift receipt); instead you can show the Eco-Receipt with a QR code from your email or through our APP.

Remember that you do not need to make a request via the website/APP for in-store exchanges.
