Return Process

Returns at Massimo Dutti are always free; the return period is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date. 

You may not return underwear, swimwear without the hygienic adhesive, earrings, tights or socks. The pieces must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase receipt). 

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. As set out above, you may return an item to one of our stores. 

Massimo Dutti reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or you have provided proof of shipment.

IMPORTANT: Should you wish to return items from several orders (or more than one order), you must request return request in collection points for each order and each box you wish to return. Massimo Dutti will not be held responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders or for items that are returned by request of another order.    

If you select a delivery method not included in our return conditions, we consider that, in case of loss, the direct cost of both the delivery and the product is your responsibility and is at your expense.
