HOME DELIVERY

Standard home delivery

Timeframe: 2-4 working days

Same Day Istanbul

Timeframe: Orders placed by 4:30 pm will be delivered by 11:00 pm. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

DROP POINT SHIPPING

Drop point

Timeframe: 2-4 working days

Cost: 65,00 TL

  Shipping timeframes are calculated from 24 working hours after the date of purchase. Working days are from Monday to Friday and don’t include holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in shipping timeframes. National, regional and local holidays, as well as commercial Sundays at our warehouse/logistics centre, are observed.  

  Shipping delays of up to 48 working hours may occur during sales, New Year promotions and/or special promotions. Also, store shipping may not be available. Delayed delivery may occur for various reasons, such as product customisation, unexpected events, force majeure or deliveries to rural or remote areas. 

  Unless due to product customisation or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we ship orders within the timeframe indicated on the website for the selected shipping method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. In the event that you do not receive your order within the indicated timeframe, please contact our Customer Service.
