Addressed return for online orders

You can submit a return request in the My Orders section of your Personal Account under "Return from Home Address."

Simply select the products you wish to return and pack them as best as possible in the original box from the order.

After submitting the request, the courier will collect your package within 24/72 hours. During collection, the courier will stick a label on your package that will allow you to track your return.

PRODUCTS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS: If you wish to return products from different orders, you must request the collection of each product in each order separately with the appropriate number of boxes for return.

Returns can only be made in the market of the region - country where the purchase was made.

IMPORTANT! Massimo Dutti is not responsible for products returned in one package or in person without requests through the account, and purchased in different orders, as well as products that have been returned as a different order.

Additionally, please note that you must provide a Return Form when sending items back. Returns will only be accepted if the original receipt is retained, and its number is included in the return form.
