Footwear

At Massimo Dutti we only sell comfortable shoes. If, in an extraordinary case, you receive a footwear item that does not meet all your needs, you may return or exchange it, provided you have not worn it. To do so, please refer to our return and exchange policy or contact our Customer Service Department.

All our footwear is manufactured in compliance with the CLEAR TO WEAR quality standard. The aim of our product policy is to ensure that there is no risk to the health of the users. To do so, we strictly adhere to our internal product health standard, Clear to Wear, which our suppliers are required to comply with. Thus, we aim to ensure that the products we manufacture do not contain substances which, in certain concentrations, could be harmful to people's health. We control compliance with this health standard by means of two monitoring processes: the preliminary process, in which the supplier receives information about the obligation and what this standard entails and undertakes to rigorously analyse its raw materials, and the subsequent process in which we certify that the raw materials used to manufacture our products actually comply with this standard.
