Home Return (Returns by Courier)

You can request it by accessing the Section “My orders” in “My account".

Just select the products you want to return and pack them in the original order box. In doing so, you must provide:

• application for the return of products;
• act of return

Your package will be collected by a courier. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.




PRODUCTS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS: If you wish to return products from different orders, you are required to request collection for each item and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. 




Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.




IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for returns of items in a single shipment when said items were purchased in different orders or items returned with the collection request of a different order.
