In-store Returns

You can return your order at any Massimo Dutti store in the territory of Uzbekistan subject to the conditions specified in the Return Process Section.

To make a return, you must provide:

• Products you want to return;
• Act of return
• Electronic receipt with the QR code of the order. You can find the QR code in your personal account and show it on your mobile phone screen.

A fiscal receipt from the courier is issued when paying for the order to the courier at the time of delivery of the goods or is sent by sms specified by you when registering your personal account.  

Remember that you do not need to make a return request via the website or the app for in-store returns. Once you are in the store, the person in charge will make the return and give you the ticket confirming it. We recommend that you keep this document. Upon completion of the return, you will also receive a return confirmation email.
