Rücksendungen per Kurier

We can arrange for a courier to collect the item that you wish to return. In order to do this, you should request this via the "My Account/Returns" section of the website, to arrange for the item to be collected at your home. You must send the item in the same package that you received it, and follow the directions on the “Returns” section of this website. If you have bought any items as a guest, you may request returns by courier by following the link to the returns process that was contained in both the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails. Please note that you will be charged for the cost of a return by courier. We will charge a fixed amount as notified in the Help section, which we will immediately deduct from the amount to be refunded to you.
