Return Process
DEADLINE: the deadline for returns is 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.
Massimo Dutti reserves the right to refuse returns outside this deadline or if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent to you or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
WHEN DO WE REFUSE A RETURN?: You cannot exchange or return undergarments, swimwear without hygienic seal, earrings with clear signs of use, tights or socks.
The pieces must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inside and outside labels still attached and without repairs).
ORDERS MADE WITH A GIFT RECEIPT: The purchase document is crucial for orders made with a gift receipt so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
WHERE CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? You can return an item:
1-At one of our stores.
2-By requesting a home collection from your account.
3-At a Correos office or collection point by requesting the label from your account on our website.
Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.
ORDERS PAID FOR AT THE TILL: If the order has been paid for at the till in one of our stores, the return must always be made in a store by presenting the purchase receipt.
You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. You just need to request the return through your account in the "My Purchases" section or by using any link found in the informational emails about your orders. You’ll be able to choose the return method and the number of boxes before confirming the request.
