After authorising payment
Shortly after authorizing the payment, you will receive an email with your order number. From this moment on, you can check your order status in the “My orders” section. All orders will be subject to modifications depending on each product availability.
If an item runs out of stock after you paid for your order, we will ship the rest of the order or cancel it in case of a single item order. We will automatically refund the amount you paid for out-of-stock items that were never shipped.
In case you paid for your order at till, you will need to go to any store within the same country of purchase and bring your purchase receipt with you to receive the refund. Refund will only be processed in the same payment method you used to purchase your order.
