Processing a gift order

If you want the order to be a gift, you can select it as a gift during the purchase process. You can choose to receive a gift receipt and a personalized message. The gift packaging will only be available during definite periods of the year despite all our online orders are delivered in an elegant and exclusive packaging. It won’t be possible to request a gift receipt for an order paid for at the till. Please note that the returns processed with a Gift receipt will be automatically refunded in a gift card, not in the same payment of method used for the purchase.
