Tracking and delivery of an order

Order Tracking

After the payment is authorized, you will receive an email with you order number. From this moment on, you will be able to check your order status in the section “My Orders”. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link. With this link you will be able to track the status of your order and its location any time. In case you chose to pick up your order in store, you will receive an SMS/Email notification when the order arrives at the store you selected at the time of purchase. From that moment on, you will have 15 days to collect it.
