Returns by courier

To request a home collection, you should access to "My Account/Returns" section of our website. You should use the same box that you received to return your order, although you can choose to use any box or package that does not damage the items inside. The customer will always be held responsible for returning the products in a secure package.

Please follow the directions on the “Returns” section of this website. If you have purchased as a guest, you may request returns by courier by following the link to the returns process that was contained in both the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails. Please note that you will be charged a fixed amount as notified in the Help section for any Home Collection. We will immediately deduct the cost of the Home Return from the amount to be refunded to you. 

Please note that the return by courier option is not available for orders paid for in store.
