Gift card information
Now we've made it easier for you to buy your gifts. You can choose between a physical Gift Card, which will be sent to the recipient in an exclusive Massimo Dutti package, or an e-CARD Gift Card, which will be sent by email on the day you decide and which can solve a last-minute emergency without having to be present to receive it.
Gift card terms and conditions of use:
- The Card is exclusively valid in Hungary to purchase products being sold in any brick-and-mortar store and online on any website of the Inditex Group, this includes: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
- The Card is rechargeable in all brick-and-mortar stores, but not online. Any outstanding balance of the Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- The minimum purchase amount of a gift card is 10.000 HUF, with a maximum of 120.000 HUF.
- If, when placing an order, the purchase amount exceeds the balance available on the gift card, the difference may be paid by any other payment method accepted at MASSIMO DUTTI stores or on MassimoDutti.com, as applicable.
- The Card may be used as many times as desired until the entire issued amount has been used.
- The Card is a document for use by the holder. The responsibility for its use and custody correspond exclusively to its holder.
- The Card will not be replaced if it is stolen, lost, misplaced or damaged.
- Gift cards obtained unlawfully will be null and void; they may not be used to purchase goods and their value will not be refunded.
- The gift card can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or the electronic dispatch and as long as it has not been used before. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
