Home Return (Returns by Courier)
If you prefer to return an item from home, you must request a collection from your account. In the “My Orders” section, select the order you want to return and click on “Do you want to return the Order?”, selecting “At Home”.
You need to select the items you want to return; when you request the “Home Return”. After this step, you must prepare the items in the original box of the order. It is necessary to include the delivery certificate in the box.
After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package.
Each return request from 24/01/2023 onwards have a cost of ₪ 30 that will be deducted from the refunded amount to the credit card / online voucher, in accordance with the returns policy (for more information, please refer to the ).
The courier will pick up the items you want to return from the address you have chosen.
