Orders paid for at the store


If you are in your usual store and the item you would like to purchase is not available in store but is available online, the store attendants will offer you the possibility of processing an online order through the iPod.


When processing an online order through the store iPod, you can make the payment directly on the iPod itself, without wasting time or having to queue (any method of payment accepted on MassimoDutti.com). But if you wish, we also offer you the possibility of paying for your order at the store till by any method of payment accepted by the store. 


In the case of an order paid for at the till, please note that:


  • It will not be possible to cancel the order. If you change your mind and no longer want the item you ordered, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it to a store in the same market where it was purchased and show the original printed purchase receipt at the till (please remember that mainland Spain and the Canary Islands are considered separate markets).


  • The order cannot be modified. You will have to wait for it to arrive before making the exchange (same item/reference, by colour or size), taking into account that the items must be in perfect condition, the price must be the same, and the store must have them in stock. The exchange can be made in any store in the same market of purchase, presenting the original purchase receipt printed at the till (with Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets). 


  •               You will not be able to return an item from home or at a post office/collection point. To return a purchase, you must go to the same store in the same market as the purchase was made, and present the original printed purchase receipt at the till (please remember that mainland Spain and the Canary Islands are considered separate markets).


Should you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, you should proceed to the store with the printed purchase receipt and show it at the till where a store attendant will perform the appropriate procedures. If you have questions, we suggest that you contact our "Customer Service Department".


Scan the store receipt


From now on, you can also have the physical store receipts scanned on your mobile device. When you make a store purchase, use the WALLET to scan the QR code that appears at the end of the receipt. At the end of the scanning process, the store receipt will appear on the screen and you can use it in electronic format for any type of store formality.
