Return from home (not available for orders paid in-store)

Returns with home collection have an associated cost of 19.00 PEN.

You can request it by going to the “My orders” section in “My account".

Simply select the items you want to return and prepare the items in the original order box.

We will send a courier to pick up your package. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label that will allow us to track your return.

ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you wish to return items from different orders, it is essential to request a collection for each of them and according to the number of boxes you want to return.

Returns must be made in the same country where the purchase was made.

IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders that are sent in a single shipment or returned with the collection request of a different order.

When making a return, you can choose how you want to receive your refund: in the same payment method you used for the purchase or on a voucher Card.

If you select the same payment method used for the purchase, and the order was paid in more than one installment, the refund may be made via bank transfer. If the order was paid in a single installment, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

If you choose the Voucher Card, you can use it for future online or in-store purchases at Massimo Dutti Peru, and the card's balance does not expire.
