In-store Returns

In-store returns (in the same country of purchase).

In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend doing so promptly at one of our stores in the same country where the purchase was made. The return period is 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation.

Once you are in the store, they will process the return, give you a receipt, and you will receive a confirmation email of the return. We recommend that you keep both documents.

When making a return, you can choose how you would like to receive your refund: either in the same payment method you used for the purchase or on a Voucher Card.

If you choose the same payment method used for the purchase, and the order was paid in more than one installment, the refund may be made via bank transfer. If the order was paid in a single installment, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

If you choose the Voucher Card, you can use it for future online or in-store purchases at Massimo Dutti Peru, and the card balance does not expire.
