Eco-receipt

The E-receipt is your order receipt in digital format, which you can consult in PDF format and which replaces the paper receipt that was used for online orders. With the E-receipt, we minimize our impact on the environment and reduce paper consumption. 

You will find the electronic receipt attached in PDF format in the follow-up emails related to your order. You can also view and download it in the My Account – My Orders section on any of our sales platforms: Website, mobile site and apps for iOS and Android.

From now on, you do not need to send the order receipt when you want to make a return. 

In store, you only need to show the QR code that you will find in the shipping confirmation email that we send to you on your mobile device. Or, if you prefer, you can also download and print the attached receipt in PDF format.
