Tracking and delivery of an order

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with the order number after payment has been authorized. From this moment on, you can check your order status in the “My orders” section. After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been sent, with a link to track it. With this link, you can check the status and location of your order at any time. You will be notified by message or email when your order has arrived at the store you selected when you made your purchase. You will then have 15 days to collect your order.

Split Orders

It's possible that your order could be dispatched from different logistics centers. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each delivery.
