In-store Returns

In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend doing so quickly and easily by visiting one of our physical stores at a Return Point in the same market – country – where the purchase was made.

Once you arrive at the physical store, the staff member responsible will check the return and accept it for processing. After the return procedure is completed, you will also receive a confirmation email regarding the return.

We also remind you that you must present the electronic receipt or provide the receipt issued in paper form.
