Return Process
Returns Processing
You have 30 days to return an order, whether in proper or improper condition, starting from the date it was shipped. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Items must be in perfect condition (no signs of use, washing, repair, with all external and internal labels, along with the corresponding receipt and return form).
Returns can only be made in the market – country – where the purchase was made. According to the above conditions, you may return items at one of our stores at a Return Point, by requesting a home pickup in your account, or through a Nova Poshta branch by requesting a return label in the “Orders” section of your account on our website.
Massimo Dutti reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases: if the return period has been exceeded, if the condition of the items differs from the original, and/or if the items do not meet our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items with the documents or confirmation that you have sent them back.
IMPORTANT! If you want to return items from multiple orders (more than one order), you must request pickup for each order separately and specify the number of boxes you wish to return. Massimo Dutti is not responsible for the return of items purchased in other orders and/or returned during the pickup of a different order by the courier.
If you choose a return method not specified in our return conditions, on your own, you will bear full responsibility for the delivery of the items and their value in case of loss.
We also remind you that you must include in the package a completed and signed return form.
Returns are only possible if you keep the corresponding receipt, the number of which must be indicated in the .
